Welcome to FieldTrack360 (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”). FieldTrack360 is a workforce and field staff management application designed to help organizations manage employees, customers, visits, attendance, expenses, leave, and payroll.

By downloading, accessing, or using FieldTrack360, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

FieldTrack360 is intended for business and professional use only.

By using this App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are an authorized employee, contractor, or representative of an organization using FieldTrack360
• You are using the App for lawful business purposes

2. Account Registration

Your organization may create an account and invite you to use the App.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify your employer or administrator of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

3. App Services

FieldTrack360 provides the following features:

• Live GPS tracking of field employees
• Customer management
• Visit scheduling and visit logs
• Attendance tracking
• Leave management
• Expense reporting and approvals
• Payroll-related reporting

These services are provided as per your organization’s configuration and permissions.

4. Location Tracking

FieldTrack360 uses GPS and background location services to enable:

• Live employee tracking
• Visit verification
• Attendance validation
• Work route tracking

By using the App, you consent to the collection of location data for business and operational purposes defined by your employer.

Disabling location permissions may limit or prevent the use of certain features.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for authorized business purposes
• Not misuse, tamper with, or attempt to manipulate tracking or records
• Not upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Comply with your organization’s internal policies

Misuse of the App may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Data Ownership

All business data, including employee records, customer data, visit logs, attendance, and expense records, belong to the organization using FieldTrack360.

FieldTrack360 only acts as a service provider and does not claim ownership of business data.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in FieldTrack360, including software, branding, design, and content, are owned by us.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our branding without written permission

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times.

We may suspend or modify the Service for:

• Maintenance
• Security reasons
• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Technical upgrades

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• The App is misused
• Required by law or employer request

Upon termination, access to the App and its data may be restricted or removed according to organizational policy.

10. Disclaimer

FieldTrack360 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of tracking data, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldTrack360 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business, data, or revenue
• Misuse of the App by users

Use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Privacy

Your use of FieldTrack360 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal and business data.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
